Vehicular access to the site is to be improved by means of re profiling access ramp and other minor external works.Allow for sub structure works to include excavation below footprint of new Building to be installed on designed & installed foundations which will form part of the tender / Contract.The design of the classroom buildings shall provide the required accommodation that must comply with relevant standards for this type of building.The contractor shall submit and obtain Building Regulations approval and pay all associated vetting and first inspection fee.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
