## Summary

The Public Services Ombudsman for Wales, located at 1 Ffordd yr Hen Gae, Pencoed, Bridgend, is seeking a supplier for the provision of office cleaning services. This procurement, classified under the services industry category, is currently in the Award stage, following the tender process initiated with a closing date for submissions on 4 January 2022. The awarded contract, with a value of £40,000, is effective from 1 March 2022 and spans three years, with a possible extension of 18 months thereafter. Cleaning services will cover a total area of 16,460 ft², focusing on maintaining the office space to meet COVID-19 safety guidelines.

Furthermore, the necessity for adherence to health and safety guidelines during the cleaning process underscores the need for providers who can ensure compliance while delivering high-quality service.
