Contractors wishing to bid for both construction and MEP/M&E should separate the two proposals.The Client team is Integrated Food Projects as Project Manager and using Ursa Engineering as Design Consultants. TheContractor will work under the Principal Contractor for CDM, IFP will be the Principal Designer.The Contract will be the MF/1 Fixed Price contract.Interested Contractors will return Pre-Qualification Questionnaires via Sell2Wales. Tenderers will be contacted through the platformand then then approached directly about the opportunity.
