The existing metering within the Health Board currently has the Enica logging systems on site and compatability is essential. 2. Enica has specific site knowledge and experience of all Cardiff and Vale University Health Board engineering systems and infrastructure. 3. Encia is fully conversant and experienced with the ESight, Systems Link, Teams, Stark, Optima and Watercore Databases within the Health Board 4. Enica are fully conversant with Health Board policies, protocols and procedures. 5.
