This includes considering how personnel travel to and from site. To ensure the wellbeing of staff and public by including additional measures on construction sites of all types and sizes in line with the Government's recommendations on social distancing and ensure employers and individuals make every effort to comply. The Lead Consultant and Principal Designer also need to comply with regulations laid out by the National Assembly for Wales section 45R of the Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984(c.22).
