This will take place at the beginning of the project to ensure the project team is collecting appropriate data for a full and proper evaluation of the activities.* Support the Operational Group to define the outcomes to be measured to best measure the success of this initial stage of Newid's work* Evaluation of this initial Newid project as whole, taking into consideration the effectiveness of each of the partner's activities.* Assess what progress Newid has made towards enacting the recommendations made in the Discovery Report.* One interim progress report due 31 March 2022, to include details of where impact (if any at this stage of the work) has been achieved* One final impact evaluation report due 30 September 2022 to include case studies exemplifying the experiences of participating organisations.
