Justification: Extreme urgency brought about by events unforeseeable for the contracting authority and in accordance with the strict conditions stated in the Directive It is the intention of the Contracting Authority to make a direct award under Regulation 32(2)(c) of the Public Contract Regulations in order to maintain the provision of services due to pressures from the Covid-19 Omicron outbreak.
