The Customer requires Subscription Agent Services to provide: * a centralised and fully managed service, dealing with all day-to-day administration of managing Publications & Subscriptions; * visibility and control in these Publications & Subscriptions; * control of costs and maximise savings and efficiencies; * consolidation and reduction of Supplier invoices and payments; * access to meaningful MI Reporting for the spend, usage and resources; * 24hr response to queries with updates on progress; * A dedicated account manager; * A System to manage subscriptions, retrieve MI, monitor claims 24/7 access; * ability to invoice different business areas separately; and * all current print and electronic subscriptions.

Lot 1

This is an Open procurement aimed at appointing a single supplier to provide management of the Welsh Government Library Services subscriptions for periodicals and journals, and including the purchase of books. The successful supplier will be required to manage the current subscriptions, as well as meeting future requirements. The supplier is required to submit a Mark-up on the price of purchasing publications, covering the cost of providing the services detailed in the specification. For avoidance of doubt the estimated value includes the price of the publications, together with the service costs..
