The National Library of Wales is inviting tenders from qualified and experienced providers to provide the organisation with a first class vendor-neutral Procurement Consultancy Service for a period of 3-4 months to help run a lightweight RFI, prepare a tender specification and run an ITT on behalf of the Library in relation to:* A new cloud-based Library HRM integrated system to cover Human Resources, Flexi Time and Performance Management* A new cloud-based Library Customer Relationship Management System that is fully integrated with other Library communication channels and systems
