It is anticipated the scope will include the provision of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and Offsite systems for residential use, covering: Provision of a range of MMC solutions from Cat 1 to Cat 7 General housing Apartments (including student accommodation and care homes), Adaptive Pods Room on the roof projects Temporary accommodation Enhanced energy performance and Net Zero Carbon projects Groundworks for Offsite projects Turnkey workstreams The above represents LHC's initial thoughts but will be refined following market consultation and therefore may not represent the workstreams/lot structure in the final tender issued. The framework will cover the geographical areas of North and Central England, London and South East England, the South West of England, Scotland and Wales.
