The LHC for the Welsh Procurement Alliance (WPA) is currently in the planning stage for the "Modern Methods of Construction New Homes Framework NH3," which aims to establish a framework agreement for the provision of Modern Methods of Construction for residential projects. The geographic scope includes North and Central England, London and the South East, the South West of England, Scotland, and Wales. Key dates include a planned market engagement webinar in Spring 2022, with the subsequent tender expected to be issued in July 2022. Interested parties can register their interest early via the provided link to receive updates regarding this upcoming opportunity.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses involved in construction, particularly those specialising in Modern Methods of Construction and offsite systems. Companies that excel in providing innovative housing solutions, including general housing, apartments, adaptive pods, and turnkey projects, may find a competitive advantage in bidding for this framework. Enhanced energy performance and Net Zero Carbon initiatives are crucial elements, thus firms focused on sustainable construction practices will be well-suited to compete in this procurement process.
