Linc is reviewing its requirements in respect of Energy Management Services and wishes to gain further insight around the types of economic operators currently within the marketplace and the range of services they could provide. Linc has developed a short online survey for interested economic operators to complete in order to better understand the potential service offerings available. The survey should be completed by no later than 12:00 Hours (noon) GMT on Thursday 24 March 2022 and can be accessed via: https://tinyurl.com/2suc2h5x. Following closure of the survey, Linc will review the responses and use data gathered to inform the next steps in the development of their requirements and approach to procurement of a contract. Depending on the responses received, Linc may subsequently contact a selection of the respondents with follow-up questions. It is important to note that this Prior Information Notice is not intended to confirm or indicate Linc's firm intention to award a contract following any specific type of procurement process.
