The contract will comprise of planned and reactive maintenance services to the following: - Wet system heating plant including pumps, actuating valve and solenoids etc. - Portable hot water heating plant stored and instantaneous - High level radiant and indirect air heating plant - Direct air heating plant - Heating distribution pipework fittings and equipment - Mains water distribution pipework, fittings and equipment - Gas distribution pipework, fittings and equipment - Water pressurisation plant - Air handling units and fans - Distribution ductwork, fittings and equipment - Storage tanks, cisterns and clarifiers - Hot and cold-water distribution pipework, fittings and equipment - Swimming pool heating and ventilation plant - Swimming pool plant - HVAC electrical control equipment (excluding BMS network equipment) - Over door heaters Renewal: There will be an option to extend the contract for a further 12 months.
