The intent is that the project should achieve a BREEAM rating of 'Very Good' with 'Excellent' for Energy credits, in accordance with Welsh Government 21st Century Schools Funding requirements.The scope of the project and services required are fully described in Request Documents attached to councils e-tender portalNOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=118623.
