Construct an access track approx. 4.5m wide by 85m long, suitable for heavy machinery and lorries.Construct Building 1 - a steel frame building 18.288m x 9.144m x 4.572m to eaves (4x 4.572m bays). Roof & side cladding to be composite 40mm insulated box profile sheets (including skylights in roof). 100mm x 2m high concrete panels on all sides, with side cladding overlapping. Floor to be polished concrete. Building to incorporate an insulated roller shutter door the width and height of 1 bay. 1x Personnel door. Building to incorporate 1x 3.60mx3.60m office & 1x 3.60mx3.60m kitchen/staff room/toilet. Including electric fit out e.g. led lights, power points etc. and plumbing fit out e.g. toilet, sink, hot water etc. Include rainwater goods.Construct Building 2 - 24.384m x 12.192m x 4.572m to eaves (4x 6.096m bays). Roof to be fibre cement with ventilation ridge and rain cap. 3 sides to be Yorkshire boarded to 2m high 100m thick concrete panels. 1 long side to be left open. Electric led lights to be included. To be included with the rainwater goods, a 10,000l rainwater tank to be installed to collect and filter roof water, with excess being diverted. Tampered concrete floor.All buildings built to BS5502.Approx. 475m2 of tampered concrete apron.
