The coming year/s will see a shift away from prescribed learning, where the focus has been primarily on the delivery of mandatory modules, either via e learning or traditional classroom sessions. To a Talent development approach, where the learner is given greater empowerment, where self--directed learning allows colleagues to create their own learning journey enhancing their skills and knowledge for both today and their future career. Our Talent Management system should provide an outstanding user experience, be seamless and automated from point of on-boarding through their career with Pobl.
