## Summary

The NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership-Procurement Services, hosted by Velindre University NHS Trust, is currently in the planning stage for a tender entitled "Framework for Wales for Outcome Collection." This initiative is centred around the health sector and specifically aims to assist Health Boards and Trusts in Wales in implementing a Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) system for outcomes collection. The organising authority is located at 4-5 Charnwood Court, Heol Billingsley, Parc Nantgarw, Cardiff, UK. The tender has an estimated value of £1,500,000, with potential opportunities for a four-year contract duration. A supplier engagement event is scheduled for 10th March 2022, with further notices expected by 28th March 2022.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses specialising in health technology and data management systems, particularly those experienced in developing PROMs solutions. Companies delivering digital health solutions that can align with the PROM Standard Operating Model and meet the functional requirements outlined in the procurement documents would be particularly suited to engage in the bidding process. As the framework will allow multiple providers to register, interested parties should consider this as a pathway to expand their operations within the NHS ecosystem across Wales.

## Notice

The objective of the project is for Health Boards and Trusts in Wales that are looking to implement a Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) system for outcomes collection to work with a relevant PROMs Provider to implement a solution aligned to the PSOM requirements specification (provided with the PIN notice). It is expected that the PROMs Standard Operating Model (PSOM) specification document will meet at least 80% of the core functionality require by Health Boards and Trusts in Wales. A PROMs collection solution(s) Framework for Wales will be implemented to allow chosen multiple Providers to be registered on the framework. This will allow Health Boards and Trusts to create their own call off contract via direct award or via a mini competition route. The value attached to this notice is estimated and is subject to change.
