## Notice

As part of an expansion of the existing cheese manufacturing, there is a requirement for two new cheddar tables and a cheese curd transfer system between cheddar tables and cheese block forming towers.The existing plant has 4 cheddar tables and these are being extended with an additional two. The current curd transfer system uses a conveyor belt to transfer from tables via cheddar mill into a curd distributor.Two options are requested for the curd transfer system from the cheddar tables. Either a simple extension of the existing system or alternatively, an all new system with new cheddar mill and curd distribution tank.
