The site is surrounded on all sides by agricultural land.Site clearance will mainly consist of; removing existing verge and boundary fencing. Moderate earthworks with level changes at selected areas.Construction of a new lawn cemetery with additional memorial and cremated remains spaces as well as associated footpaths and hardstanding areas. The above will also require the inclusion of a piped surface drainage system, which will drain into a new retention pond.
