It is situated on land at Court Farm, Builth Road, Builth Wells, approximately 1 mile north of the Royal Welsh Agricultural Showground on the A470. The campsite accommodates up to 4,500 young people, all of whom have free access to the Entertainment arena, in which the bar will be located.Entertainment is provided within the arena over four days (8pm - 2.00am), with a maximum capacity each evening of 5,000 (Sunday - Wednesday). Attendees comprise of both campsite customers and also members of the general public.The 2022 YPV will be open to YFC Members only aged 16 - 17 years. Bookings made by anyone aged 18 years or over, at least half of the booking party must be current YFC Members. The entertainment arena will be open from 8pm each evening to YFC Members aged 16 - 17 years and anyone aged 18 years and over.The premises license is held by Wales YFC.Quotations are invited for the sanitation contract at the YPV as per the following specification.We would like to receive your rates per person per hour for all grades of staff involved so that the cost of any additional services subsequently required may be determined.Names of all employees on duty for the duration of the event, to be received by Wales YFC Office no later than one month prior to the event.Insurance and Proof of Policy for Employers Liability and Health & Safety, and a thorough Risk Assessment must be sent to the Wales YFC Office two months prior to the event.Attendance at an onsite meeting before the event will be a must to discuss and agree working ratios.Attendance at an onsite emergency evacuation and health & safety briefing as set my Wales YFC will also be part of the conditions of work.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=119448.
