Our aim is to improve the health and well-being of the population and improve how health and care services are delivered by making sure people get the right support, at the right time, in the right place.The RPB has undertaken a scoping exercise to evaluate their engagement activities and determine next steps. This recommended the RPB should establish a common, joined up approach (a framework) to engagement that will increase the range of voices heard across Cardiff and the Vale.This Procurement is for access to an online engagement platform to enable the whole RPB to undertake and record engagement with children, young people and adults across Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan. This platform will need to enable us to hold both open and closed engagements with registered members and enable us to contact them in a GDPR compliant way. It will need to guarantee to protect people's details and not share them with third parties without full permission.
