It is intended that this research will help inform the positioning and promotion of Wales' HE sector in overseas markets, providing valuable information and briefing material for overseas British Council, HMG, Welsh Government staff and others. The report will provide a detailed profile of the sector and establish comparisons to the rest of the UK, and at a European and international level, and provide a demonstrable evidence base of national-level assets.
