## Notice

Torfaen County Borough Council (TCBC) therefore has invited tenders on behalf of the West Gwent region (which include Caerphilly, Blaenau Gwent and Torfaen County Borough Councils) for the provision of informal ESOL tuition for refugees (over 19 years of age) resettled via the various Home Office resettlement programmes. This tuition will be conducted at the home of each family on a weekly basis for a total of 4 hours per week. You are welcome to submit your application in English or in Welsh, each application will be treated equally.(WA Ref:119642)
