This will assess impact first and foremost, comprising project performance against the outputs, results and case level indicators outlined in brief in this document, and in further detail in the FLEXIS business plans and delivery profiles. This should include reflection on the change to the research landscape caused by FLEXIS and the sustainability of the operation.The final evaluation will utilise the findings of the inception, mid-term and 56 month evaluations to measure project development, should the findings of those evaluations still be relevant in the current climate.It has been noted from previous experience of delivering projects that often the full strategic impact and wider benefits of a project are not fully realised during the lifetime of the operation's funding.
