This is partly due to a declining performance in National Student Survey (NSS) in recent years but also driven by an ambitious Education & Student Strategy, with student experience as a main priority for the University.In addition to delivery of institution-wide enhancement, a key success factor for the programme of change will be to work with specific academic units which have a strong effect on institutional performance results to bring about improvements in student satisfaction, measured by performance in the NSS.
