The building will need to be designed, constructed and commissioned to meet BREEAM Excellent standard and suppliers must ensure that all goods and services provided will meet the relevant sections of the BREEAM standard.The building civils supply is part of a major project to construct a new building for milk processing plant at the Haverfordwest site. The main civils element of the building will be delivered in conjunction with other minor civil works on site but splits into distinct phases with work being carried out by other suppliers engaged by the Purchaser and at the same time that the civil works is being installed.This is the first stage of the proposed civil package, you will see a future lorry parking and maintenance bay on the drawing, this is to omitted from this tender at this stage, some of the ducting and drainage for this future development will be installed in readiness for these works at a later date.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=119756.
