Removal of some asbestos to ceiling in lab preparation space, display cabinets in corridor and elsewhere as detailed in the asbestos survey2. Demolition & reconfiguration of internal dividing walls to create window openings to the corridors, create drench shower areas, and enlarge the lab preparation space.3. A mechanical upgrade to improve air management & quality as per detailed specification4. Full electrical installation to the refurbished areas as per detailed specification5.
