The current property database is available to view at: https://businesswales.gov.wales/property-database.The aim of the Business Wales Commercial Property Database Service (Solution) is to provide a single source of information on the availability of commercial land and property for let/for sale, both in private and public ownership across Wales for the benefit of customers looking to start a business or established businesses looking to move or expend their business either within Wales or into Wales..The Client is seeking to put in place a new contract to provide, populate and maintain a commercial property database of commercial land and properties for sale and to let in Wales, to be hosted on the Business Wales website..It is expected that any Solution will be provided using existing software and that the Supplier will provide the necessary services and expertise to populate and maintain the Database and connections to the Business Wales website within the scope of the Clients requirements..The Supplier is to provide a Solution to the Client for internal and external stakeholders to view and search a comprehensive database of commercial land and properties for sale and for let in Wales to be hosted on the Clients website. The Solution will include both the software and the service expertise to populate and maintain the content of the Database within the scope of the Clients requirements..The Supplier must provide regular reports that will be useful to inform policy decisions and measure the continuing viability of the Solution, to include but not be limited to: information on the properties and land available on the Database; and statistics relating to the activity of Users..Minimum requirements include but are not limited to evidence of information security certification and regular system penetration testing, quality assurance certification or equivalent, compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 to Level AA and ability to provide a service in line with the Welsh Language Standards.
