The Council's intention is to enter into a Framework Agreement with 10 Contractors.A further 5 Framework Contractors will be appointed on to a reserve list; unless fewer than this number of tenders are received or do not pass the award stage. The Framework Contractor will be expected to be available to receive work at any given time the Council intend allocating work.The reserve list of Framework Contractors will be used to replace poor performing Contractors removed from the Framework.
