The contract will be awarded for a period of three years, with an option to extend annually for up to another 2 years (a maximum of 5 years)The System must:* Be capable of being used for individual and team assessment and development* Be capable of providing challenging, realistic and immersive scenarios for assessment and development across all operational levels of Incident Command and have the scope to be utilised for fire fighter development.* Provide simulation over a wide range of incidents: RTC and other transportation incidents, Hazmat, forest fire, flooding, structure fires - domestic, retail, high rise, industrial etc.* Provide scope for facilitators to be able to manipulate scenarios i.e. day/night working, weather and wind, position of fire and casualties.
