Works also include alterations to the bedroom areas, decoration and floor finish replacement works throughout.The works are focused on building fabric and mechanical and electrical works throughout the block.This tender package has been divided into the key subsections for ease of navigation. Separate documents have been produced for the building, M&E, with each pack containing a number of documents including but not limited to Drawings, schedules, and Schedules of works.
