## Notice

This annual survey collects responses from farmers on paper forms. Some 4,000 paper forms are returned between June and September. The purpose of this exercise is to transfer this information from the form into an electronic format which is then returned to the Welsh Government. The key requirements in doing this are:* The data is captured accurately and that procedures are put in place to keep the number of errors to an absolute minimum;* To process the forms in a timely manner to meet Welsh Government timescales;* Data is stored, handled and processed securely. This needs to be to satisfy the requirements of Cyber Essentials (or equivalent standard data protection accreditation)The cycle of work will run between June and September for each of the next 3 years. An extension to a 4th year may be awarded subject to the satisfaction of both parties.
