## Notice

Pembrokeshire County Council, on behalf of the Wexford/Pembrokeshire EU funded arts, heritage and tourism project Ancient Connections, wishes to contract an experienced, creative, heritage interpretation specialist to design, specify, undertake, co-ordinate and manage the fitting out of a range of interpretative disciplines over a number of sites in North Pembrokeshire, Wales. The successful contractor will be expected to inform and inspire target audiences at each site as well as referencing and presenting an integrated cross-border heritage story of North Pembrokeshire and County Wexford. The message, tone and look of each interpretative piece needs to both stand alone and be part of a cohesive, wider narrative, including the new pilgrim route that is recognisable at the various sites. The successful contractor will be expected to build on existing and/or planned interpretative developments and the preparation work that has been carried out by the Ancient Connection project team to date. A proposal that combines traditional interpretation with more contemporary, digital and creative interpretation is welcomed.A similar brief is currently being tendered by Wexford County Council for Ancient Connections with similar deliverables to this contract. It is expected that the two successful contractors in both regions will use existing branding guidelines to ensure there is a level of consistency in the look and feel of the interpretation across both regions. All interpretation is to be installed by June 2023The available budget for Pembrokeshire is EUR55,834.00. Tenders at or under this figure are welcomed. This tender is being run via the eTenderwales Bravo etendering portal.
