Any bids received from contractors/suppliers who are based outside of South Wales will not be taken forward to evaluation.The framework will consist of 14 lots.Bidders may choose to bid for One Lot, Multiple Lots, or all Lots dependant on the disciplines that bidders can deliver.Trivallis reserves the right to stop the operation of the DPS at any time.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
