HCC will then undertake the survey by sending it to our contact list of red meat producers in Wales. The survey will be bilingual, and run over a short period of time (around a week) in order to gather information with limited external influences.Following the completion of the survey, HCC will send anonymised results to the service provider for them to undertake the analysis of the data gathered, and produce a report displaying the findings.
