NRW is seeking to award a contract for the supply of a High Performance Two-dimensional Liquid Chromatograph with Time of Flight Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer (2D LC QTOF-MS). NRW has a statutory obligation need to analyse various organic compounds to the requirements set out in the European Union's Water Framework Directive (WFD); specifically achieving the prescribed environmental quality standards as listed in Directives 2008/105/EC, 2013/39 and 2015/495. Aspects of these requirements are to undertake investigative monitoring employing advanced screening techniques including LC QTOF-MS. The purpose of the requirement is to analyse various organic compounds to the requirements set out in the European Union's Water Framework Directive (WFD); specifically, directives 2008/105/EC, 2013/39 and 2015/495.
