Conduct a survey with a sample of public bodies in order to learn about methods and practices used when assessing the linguistic requirements of a job, the subsequent steps involved in the recruitment processes and the outcome of those recruitment processes.iii. use the findings of the work to establish a baseline for the current situation in order to consider how to increase capacity in terms of Welsh language skills within organisations over time.iv.
