Contractors will plan harvesting operations and prepare a detailed Method Statement and Risk Assessment for all harvesting activities within the required coupes, to the satisfaction of the Forestry Operations Contracts manager Mid Wales The purpose of the requirement is to ensure that NRW meets its statutory duties and provides a Harvesting service for Mid Wales.
