## Notice

CDPS are looking for a Supplier to work with to re-develop it's website.Working in collaboration with a preferred Supplier, we shall run a short discovery (5 weeks) to understand fully any improvements that CDPS and its external stakeholders would like to see made to the external facing website. These improvements will be categorised/scored (scoring criteria to be agreed), and a priority backlog of improvements will be created.During alpha, we will then create prototypes to enable further feedback from our stakeholders, and to help further prioritise improvements.During beta, working with our external web organisation, we shall implement an agreed number of improvements/create our MVP website (minimum viable product).
