Independent Professional Advocacy Service

Lot 1 comprises of Independent professional advocacy and the active offer and residential visiting services. Please see the tender documents for more information

Renewal: Currently there is a Contract in operation across the region that provides the services outlined above, which is due to expire on 31st December 2022. Any future agreement will be in the form of a contract and will operate for a period of four (4) years, with an option to extend for up to an additional 48 months (4 years).

Independent Visiting Service for Children Looked After

All local authorities in Wales have a duty to provide advocacy services to children looked after - under section 174 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) 2014 Act. Please see tender documents for further information. Please see tender documents
