## Notice

This will be achieved through:1. Providing training for staff.2. Providing expert advice on specific issues or casework;3. Providing expert advice as needed on any changes to the Habitats Regulations and HRA procedures, e.g. as a result of developments in caselaw or as a consequence of changes in UK legislation;4. Other related work as required, including in the event of legal challenge, providing expert advice and representation if required.
