This includes the development and enhancement of existing schemes and funding; as well as identifying future opportunities, appropriate service and delivery of projects.Such funding streams are likely to include for, but not be limited to, the following schemes:External funded schemesECO 4 Flexible Eligibilityunder the new Energy Efficiency Improvement Scheme Via - Energy Company Obligation (ECO) Local Authority Flexible Eligibility (LA Flex). Further details on the scheme can be found: ECO guidance and associated documents | OfgemCouncil funded schemes including but not limited to:Solar Panel PV Grant - a grant of up to 25% towards the total cost of purchase andinstallation of solar panels, capped at a maximum of PS1,000Heating Grant - a grant of up to PS5,000 to repair or replace heating systems, subjectto grant eligibility.Minor Assistance Grant - a grant to provide funding for minor energy efficiency measures,including repair and/or draughtproofing measures, subject to grant eligibility.This process will operate as an 'Approved Providers List' (APL) that will quality assure providers.
