## Notice

The integrated glovebox evaporation system and the 2port sided glove box is a very special equipment for quantum materials growth and device fabrication. We will need Up to 2x thermal source (metal boat or ceramic boat with crucible), incl. controller, up to 3 LTE (50-800degC) and HTE sources (300-1400degC) incl. controller, QCM Rate monitor, co-deposition, Layer uniformity < +/-5 %, a substrate size at least 50x50mm diameter, source shutter for LTE and HTE. It should be compatible to glovebox integration as well as easy operation and maintenance.
