Accordingly, the Health Board are looking to source additional capacity and support from external solicitors. The Health Board will require support and advice to enable the Health Board to comply, in a timely and efficient manner, with preparation for and responses to requests made of it by the Inquiry. This will include but is not limited to, disclosure obligations and the preparation of witness evidence. Further requirements are outlined in the specification document.
