A minimum of 80% of the Contract Price should be allocated to direct delivery costs, the remainder of the Contract Price may be apportioned to Overheads and Central Management costs and should be clearly outlined in the Pricing Schedule.The Council will make a payment to the Provider quarterly in arears.
