It promotes the strategic vision of IRCF, to offer a proactive, coordinated and co-located approach to service provision, focused on the health, social care, housing, education, third and voluntary sectors around the needs of the local population, with an intervention and preventative model.We are commissioning a feasibility study to scope the delivery of an IRCF programme of capital work in Wrexham.
