The Vale of Glamorgan Council ('the Council') wishes to appoint consultants to undertake a retail capacity study for the Vale of Glamorgan ("the Services") to inform its Replacement Local Development Plan 2021 - 2036 (RLDP) and Town Centre Framework (2014).This is a re-issue of a previous tender.
