Bidders must follow codes of practice and other relevant documentation published by Social Care Wales.

The Service should provide both part-time, quality, centre-based childcare as well as work with families in their own home to help them develop a quality of life and experience, for themselves and their young children, in which they can learn together, play together, participate and be included in their community in their own right via a portage model. . Please note that this service is only accessible pre-school (i.e. 0-3 years). Children should leave the service the term after they turn 3 and are eligible for school Nursery.
