ASC1 will provide LHC/WPA clients with access to a range of asset safety consultancy, testing/inspection, servicing, and maintenance services to ensure the safety of their properties and comply with their landlord obligations. This new framework will replace our existing asbestos and vacant property protection framework agreements, and extend the scope to additional safety and compliance services. The ASC1 framework will consist of the following lots which interested parties can apply for.
