REFURBISHMENT AND ASSOCIATED RETROFIT WORKS FRAMEWORK (WORKING TITLE) This framework will be designed to support clients with delivering a range of refurbishment, associated retrofit, and improvement works. Early market engagement is expected to take place during February and March 2023, with an anticipated tender release late spring / summer 2023 ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND DECARBONISATION FRAMEWORK (WORKING TITLE) This framework will be designed to support clients with delivering a range of energy efficiency and decarbonisation works helping them with their journey to achieving net carbon zero and improving the ratings of their stock. Early market engagement is expected to take place during summer 2023, with an anticipated tender release autumn 2023. FIRE SAFETY FRAMEWORK (WORKING TITLE) This framework will be designed to support clients with delivering a range of fire safety related consultancy, installation, replacement, and servicing requirements. SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF ALUMINIUM WINDOWS AND DOORS FRAMEWORK This framework will be designed to support clients with the design, supply and installation of aluminium windows, doors, and curtain walling for all types of public sector refurbishment and new build projects. The full scope of this framework will be defined following our market engagement activities however we anticipate the framework will contain a range of individual specialist energy efficiency measures and works (such as solar PV, heat pumps, EWI etc) and also main contractors able to deliver programmes of works containing multiple energy efficiency works. Early market engagement is expected to take place during summer 2023, with an anticipated tender release autumn 2023. FIRE SAFETY FRAMEWORK This framework will be designed to support clients with delivering a range of fire safety related consultancy, installation, replacement, and servicing requirements.
