Provide sanctuary for those fleeing from threat of violence3. Provide a 999 contact mechanism4. Work with emergency service colleagues to triage incidentThis procurement aims to achieve the effective installation of a "button box facility" on each of SWFRS stations, supported by signage communicating its purpose and guidance for use. There is also a requirements for the fitting of the "button box facility" and ongoing servicing and maintenance.The contract will be in place for an initial period of Five years with options to extend for up to a further five years. All prices submitted shall be regarded as firm prices for the initial term of Five Years.
